Paul Walker's Father File Suit Against Carrera GT Porsche Over The Death of Son

Father of Paul Walker (Fast & Furious Actor) is suing Porsche Carrera GT for negligence that led to the death of his son in May, 2013.

According to the claim filed by Paul Walker’s father, reads that Paul Walker was riding in a lacked safety features which would have invariably saved his life. Among the features cited in the lawsuit claims are:

• Stability control system
• Side door reinforcement
• Breakaway fuel line

Meanwhile, the Car Company in a bid to defend the entire suit filed, said Paul Walker is a Knowledgeable and sophisticated user of Carrera GT Porsche 2005.
